Purpose: Our strategic alliance with F.A.T. Leadership allows TD to provide a unique and powerful and proprietary strategy implementation methodology to ensure corporate strategy translates into business results.

Experience/Expertise: John J. Case, founder of F.A.T. Leadership, has over 30 years of top level management experience, including roles as President of La-Z-Boy Branded Products and President and CEO of Electrolux Home Care Products North America. During his storied career, he developed a common sense process and methodology - F.A.T: Focus, Accountability, Teamwork - that allows a company to align the entire organization, focus on key objectives and accomplish its strategic objectives.
